As per Australian consumer law, you are entitled to a refund OR repair OR exchange OR credit at the discretion of Echo Tone Music Pty Ltd (Trading as Lord Uke) if new products you’ve bought are:
- Faulty, or;
- Significantly different to those shown or described to you
When you buy, please choose carefully. You are not entitled to a refund for a change of mind. We cannot accept returns on consignment items.

Requesting a return does not automatically mean that we will accept the return. We need to assess the situation and then we will respond with the course of action to be taken.
